Spinnaker told me that Spinnaker and Interval International had teamed up to offer Interval members and owners of a Spinnaker timeshare a special deal. I qualified.

The new contract would offer with the red week at the under construction Palace View Heights in Branson numerous premier benefits.
The problems seems to be with these premier benefits.

First benefit: You would get twenty-six nights of travel. You could split your week at the Heights into two short stays of six nights each for a total of twelve nights. Then you would get two weeks at the low cost of $199.00 to $399.00 depending if you wanted a one, two, or three bedroom condo. You got two of these weeks every year, and if you did not want to use them, Spinnaker would try to rent them for you at $900.00 to $1,000.00. They could not be carried over to the next year. The twelve nights from the split and these fourteen nights gave you the twenty-six nights of travel. I have a paper with premier benefits and twenty-six nights of travel in the handwriting of the presenter as some proof. The two weeks have disappeared and the splitting of a week into two short stays is only possible if you buy the basic membership with International and then buy the platinum membership for an extra $129.00
per year. The contract with Spinnaker mentions the basic contract with Interval for $98.00. That contract would not get the split benefit yet it was presented as free with the new Heights contract.

Second Benefit: You would get use of airport lounges and every year one free companion ticket with the airlines. These again are benefits with Interval if you purchase their platinum membership along with their basic. Again Spinnaker presented them as THEIR benefits free with this new contract.

Third Benefit: With the new Heights contract you would have premier trading power with Interval so you could go to other resorts and have a seventy-five per cent chance of getting the trade you wanted if you reserved well ahead. I talked to Interval (1-800-843-8843) and they do not hold back condos for premier members with Spinnaker.

Fourth Benefit: You could trade your red week at the Heights in Branson for a week
at Spinnaker's other two resorts on the coast. I do not know if this one would really work either. Frankly I have no trust in anything Spinnaker says.
July 3 I had a question about the deed and called the presenter who said he would be my travel agent. I got a "mailbox full." I tried calling the Verification Officer whose card I had, and he would not return my call. I tried email and it did not go through. By then I was really concerned and did a lot of research on Spinnaker and was upset with what I found. They have a F rating with Better Business Bureau with a lot of complaints on sales. On July 7 I canceled my contract, but they did not accept it because it was after the five days mentioned in the contract. The way I see it is they do not want to honor their own contract, but you must honor it.
