I am David from Québec city. I had some problems with my computer. I have click on the message ``send this error to microsoft so that they can resolve the problem``. In that day, the phone rang and the person told me to get on my computer and he will help me resolve all the bugs. I have let him take acces of my computer. He told me that my computer was hacked and so i have to pay 487$ for a lifetime service, but that he would give me back half of the money next month, on my credit card. I am stupid enough that i did what he said but six month later, i am still in contact with them to get back my money. Today, instead of the person i was talking last week, a person called me that told me he was a fbi agent and that he want to retace these guys. i don't know what to do, i need help. please contact me (Personal Information Removed).
