I have been a customer, for five months and have been extremely frustrated each time I had to pay my bill. Making my last payment this August, on the forth, even though payment was not due 'till midnight on the fifth, my service was cut off. Each month I am told a different story,but today I am determined to stop this Fraud. I am sure I am not the only one. This is how they rig the system: Even if you pay ahead of time, they have three cycles and depending on what cycle the customer's billing is placed; eg. I live on the west coast and even though my payment was made on the morning of the forth, which would have given me until 12 am west coast time, for my account to be activated, yet this did not matter. Instead; my payment was not posted until after 1am on the third cycle. This caused my service to be shut down. When I pointed this out to her, she told me "That's why we advise customers to set up a safe cushion so if the plan runs out that cushion will carry over to prevent disconnection." Once I had to put $10.00, on the cushion plan, which lasted less than 24 hrs and less than my usual talk time. This is total fraud, having money in my account and because I paid before time and due to their three cycles my lack of putting a cushion period in place, my service was disconnected. Please help me and maybe many others who may not know their rights. Thanks.
