We paid $7,499.48 to Miller Distributing a Division of Gabowitz Appliances of East Brunswick, NJ on 6/20/12. This was a 50% deposit against the total order. We contacted Gabowitz Appliances to arrange delivery of our appliances and just found out today that they filed for Bankruptcy last week. We are out a lot of money here and have no appliances. Please advise what we can do?

- They declared bankruptcy on August 2nd. I ordered a fridge on July 9th and it was never delivered.
