I had ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Noel heart 3 months ago. They arrived early but they were THE CHEAPEST looking dresses I have ever seen. It was ridiculous. I will never ever order from him again, I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for dresses to not order from him because you will be disappointed. The dresses were half completed with the cheapest material, the dresses ripped so easily, the beading were falling off, just ridiculous.
