On febuary the second my wife and I purchased a vehicle,2005 Chevy,Trailblazer from smart choice auto group.we agreed to give them a 2500.00 down payment for the vehicle.However,the contract shows that that none of this money was taken from the price of the vehicle.Instead it was added on in the back of the vehicles price causing our financing charges to go up,as well as us to pay 5000.00 dollars down instead of 2500.00.We have alerted the company to this matter,to no avail.They have not answered us.The company also failed to honor its 30 day warranty weare still fixing things they should have taken care of under the warranty.They sold us the the vehicle with no spare tire and no jack.They also sold us the vehicle with bridge stone tires the ones that were known to blow out for no reason at all. We had a blow out on the freeway the next day the third of febuary .They said the vehicle was sold as is.I reminded them we had not had the vehicle for 24 hours.I also reminded them that they gave us no spare,or jack.The hack we were using came from our old ford explorer.They then told us to

bring it in to the shop.I reminded them that I had no spare tire and my wife and I are stuck beside the freeway.The blow caused the front sway bar to break and mess up our front alignment to go bad,the impact to the ground also caused our power steering to start leaking.They brought us the tires four hours later.We then took it to our mechanic who told us all the fluids were filthy and the transmission filter was no good.All the lights came on,transmission,engine etc.We took it back to smart choice auto with the slip from our mechanic.We also told them we wanted another vehicle,because we did not want a vehicle with these types of problems.They the gave us a loaner car.The next day they said everything was fixed this included every thing on our mechanic sheet also.WE took it back to our mechanic;who showed us all the the fluids were still dirty and the transmissionfilter could not have been changed because the fluid was still dirty.smart choice auto advertised carfaxes for all their cars ,however they did not have one for our vehicle.
