poor maintenance over a long period of time by lease hold maintenance company.came to ahead recently when aerial was lost to all flats in my block(THIS IS IN NO WAY CONNECTED TO THE TV CHANGEOVER)nothing was done for three weeks only excuses via text no letters to explain sent out.as far as i am aware this is still the case as i was forced to install satellite to receive a signal.The company did not carry out(not for the first time)its services for which i am charged and expected to pay.This is not right.
