I asked to receive a DVD diskette for the price of handling on July 7th ($2.95). I then noticed an charge against my credit card for 57.93. I emailed GrantAssist to cancel the subscription. I subsequently received a call where the person was nasty on the phone; and I wrote to complain and again request that the subscription be cancelled. I then received a second charge of $57.93 on August 16th.
I need help in getting this stopped.
