This was advertised to boost computer speed. What happened was I got a salesperson who sneakily got into my computer on the premise that they were going to activate my software. Then told me that my computer had several problems that no software could fix.I would have to dish out another $300 for that. I could buy a new one for that! If this isn't resolved I am going to SD-USA attorney general office. Total Scam!

  • My experience is the same as that of Suellen (SBID #0515d315ae) above. I too feel deceived by the ad that appeared on my screen. This is a scam, and customers should be reimbursed.

  • when i was online, Fast Again PC Booster message box appeared and seems to be free offered by Microsoft Co.. I thought it was a free update so I followed the instructions and end up with NT1169 charged on my credit card. Now it looks like a virus appears when I turn on my PC. Please help me stop this payment.
