This seller purposely lied by submitting a completely false item decription in an online sale. They committed retail fraud by bait and switch as the item they advertised and fully described is a better model as a higher-end HD camera including it's waterproof case. Yet the item they send is a low-res low cost much less valuable toy with a considerably different description. This lessor item is easily avaialble elsewhere for the same or less cost. This is pure theft. Please investigate.
