I think we have been scammed by this company. We were told that they could sell our timeshare property. We sent them $684.00 to take care of title searches etc. Supposedly the deal should have closed by mid July and we were to receive money from the sale. The number has now been disconnected and emails are being returned.
Our next step is to contact the Attorney General's office in Deleware.

- I was also scammed out of $985! I am communicating with the attorney general's office of Deleware and in California. We need to file a class action law suit! I already filed a complaint with the BBB and now awaiting a response.

- I dealt with tony erickson and sent in 684.32 for cover title search and documentation fees on 7/17/12. I have been contacted and told my timeshare has been sold and the only thing keeping me from my check is documentary stamp tax of $2888. The staff attorney, scott, contacted me and asked me to wire the money. I have not. I asked him about these complaints and he said there was another company and i told it was definitely this company. He then there was something going on with the phones...try to call him at 302-521-4196

- Thank you for the new number Holly! Don't give them any money!! If you want to sell your timeshare you have to be the one to post it for sale. Don'tt go through any co that asks for money upfront! I learned the hard way! It sounded too good to be true and it was! Thank you again for the number!
