A $30.00 check (electronic) check was written against my account without my authorization. When I called Palm they told me I applied for a pay day loan. I NEVER DID!!! I requested a refund asap, as they account is only opened for cleared checks, I closed the account and only had enough cash to cover the outstanding checks and now they have me in the RED because of their unauthorized transaction. The person keep telling me I applied for a loan, I NEVER DID. When I told her I was contacting the CA Attorney General's Office, the BBB and the Faud Divison of my bank, I was told I could get a refund but it would take 15 days, their policy. Well I told her that may be the policy for customers, but since they broke the law and had no autorization into my account, I wanted my money back ASAP. Got no where with this person, she ever tied to get me to agree to a loan, at which point I screamed into the phone that I wanted my money back asap and they broke the law.
