when i got there trial bottle of pills . i saw it was going cost me 78.00 so i cancel the membership before the trial was over and i still got charged for it after i had cancel it

- The same thing just happened to me and when I was reading on their return policies, they stated in the print that an RMA number would be emailed or sent to the purchaser for returns. Well, that never happened. Then it stated in another part of the user agreement that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. What good is the RMA number then? It's a double standard and highly ineffective to us to try to get our money back since I had called them and they reported to me that they can't stop the charge. BULL! If it's still a pending transaction, the charge should not be there in the first place when the order was cancelled to begin with.
