My bank acct was charge 29.95 on 2 Aug 2012 from my cash gaurdian for no reason at all I called the company and they told me they sent a e-mail for me to cancel it and I didn't respond. How am I suppose to know to respond to something I didn't apply for. I filled out a questionnaire for a payday load but changed my mine and didn't sign off on one and somehow this company found a way to charge my account for doing nothing. Im on a budget and hope that no checks bounce, now I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back. And I see they are doing this to a lot of other PEOPLE.
