I brought the Biocleanse and Bio slim mango on the 09/07/2012 for my mum which was advertised free. I put my account number and I paid for the postage of $16.oo for both. My mum received this product on the Bio slim mango on the 23/07/2012 and received the Biocleanse product on the 28/07/2012 which she never tried to use these products at all. My mum still kept the products at home. I told my mum don't use it yet because I want to return the Bioslim and Biocleanse back to them. I tried to contact them and email and no reply. I found out that they charged the money on the 30/07/2012 and 01/08/2012 in my mastercard. I then phoned the bank to ask them to stop the Biocleanse from withdrawing the money from my account. Please help me to get my money back.
