I have had MANY issues with this company. A class action complaint should be filled against them so that they can not charge cards anymore (be dropped as a merchant by Visa, m/c amx) They say they cancel then they don't. Then they bill you with NO notice, since they have your card on file if you it upon one of thier webs, DING they charge you. NEVER USE EPOCH FOR ANYTHING!!
