received a trial bottle of levela skincare. it did not live up to its hype. i then noticed a charge on my bank account for 89.95 which i assume is for more product. i want to return my initial free bottle and any other product i may receive and have my account credited 89.95. i can not find an address for this company other than it is located in provo, ut,nor can i find a phone number. please help me resolve this problem.

- I had the same problem, just saw today where they took the money out of my account. This is the number I found for the company: 888-283-7452, I called and spoke to someone and they have agreed to the refund. Now i'm only out for this one the 34.00 for the debit card not clearing! GOOD LUCK!
