I ordered the packet lunch box on tv. My daughter wants one for school. It said buy one get one free for $19.99, but they charged my credit card $40.34. I was really upset that i had to pay that much for it when it said 19.99. they didn't say how for the shipping. I thought that with taxes & shipping i may have to pay 30.00, but not 40.34. When i called to cancell it busy for 7 times that i called & when i finally got through nobody would answer the phone its just saying no one was available. Its wrong to do this to people. i didn't agree to be charged that amounth. They should let customer know before they charged.
