I have been call this company sense May 2012 to get my refund of $30.00 back into my account and they keep telling me that is has been process when it has not been processed.They took it out of my account without my permission. I had to get a new checking account and I was telling them that I had a new account number and they did not want to hear that. This company is full of mess
