Vendor site http://www.Power4Home.com/MakeElectricity/Pro.php, paid with VISA. They are impossible to reach, but I put in a service inquiry on non receipt of order request by 07/12 with no response from them. Requesting a credit back on my Visa card before 60 day limit to get a refund.Also ordered for $57.96 and same credit card from same company an EBook Video which I received within 10 days! Frustrated about how impossible it is to reach anyone from Poer4Home to respond from this company by phone or email.
