Spoke to a t-mobile representative in River Oaks mall on the 23rd of July. My wife and I have reached the end of our contract with ATT and we were looking for a month to month carrier. T-mobile promised to deliver 2gigabytes of data as well as unlimited text, talk and pics. Nothing works on the iphone now no email, no apps and no internet, and t-mobile will not give a refund for the $82 or a loner phone, stating that its my fault for coming to them from ATT.
Spoke to people at river oaks store, they say that they don't give refunds or loan phones. Spoke to a supervisor on the phone at store who stated that he would refund $15 to next months bill. I want my money back for unlocking the phone at their request as well as my monthly $82.16. reference # (Personal Information Removed)
