I am the aboves ex wife and I own a building 34 Castle Street, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 2DW outright with no mortgage and purely in my own name and always has been.

Mr Mayes has boarded up the property and will not allow me access as he wants me to sign it over to him and has even gone to the extreme of obtaining planning permission for 3 other houses in the garden obviously then the £250,000 increases significantly.

My last encounter at the building for me to gain access I was confronted with 3 henchmen and Mr Mayes waved boltcutters in my face and Police were called.

He has also gone under the alias of Mr Campbell and run up bills in the property to pretend he is squatting there and he is not.

Mr Mayes has a previous conviction for benefit fraud and has been to court for Sexual assault and domestic violence.
