This started on May 6,2012, when the Emerchant Middlemam offered to host a website ,advertisement and leads for credit cards.I bought the website for $200.00. Then,on May 8,2012 Emerchant Middleman had contacted me, stating that I have to buy the leads for credit cards I bought worth $1000.00.June 7, 2012, John Kirkland had contacted me, stating that he is working for Emerchant Middleman and is doing the campaign and advertisement. I had given may AMEX Credit card and he charged a total amount of $10,000.00 in my credit card. The next day, I recieved a call from Renee Cavallero from Universal Business Group to welcome me for a Noni Juice business. I was so confused. They had put up a website for Noni Juicein in which I do not know about.She told me that she paid Paypal from my credit card $1,500.00 without my consent and I disputed that. The total amount taken from my credit card $8,549.00. I told Renee that I do not want to do business with her, and that the money was intended for the advertisement of the credit cards. Then, I realized that I made a mistake, I have to pay it in full amount and I have verified that with Amex.I told Renee that it has to be cancelled and she refused to cancel or issue a refund.I filed a dispute to AMEX> The owner of this Universal Group Business had threatened me. I told her that I will not be able to pay it in full.June 13, 2012, Chris Buckingham states that he is the risk management of Emerchant Middleman and he will be able to change my all my credit cards interest rates to 0%. He took $3,600.00 in my Master card and that maximized the credit limit.I have 4 visa credit cards, one has a charged of 2,600.00 to max it out, the second one he charged $4,100.00 to max it out, the third one has a charged of $700.00 to max it out, and the fourth one he charged $500.00 to max it out.After 6 days I told Chris that I need one of my credit card. I need it it to order my medicines. He promised that he will do something. I can not contact him anymore. It was very difficult. I do not see any returns of my money.All these charges was made under the name of Americam Commercial. Nobody is answering the call.

  • Unfortunately, Emerchant Middleman has gotten behind on responding to the complaints posted about our company online. We are dealing with the effects of having our client list stolen and sold to unscrupulous advertisers and recovery rooms. We have been diligently working to resolve the complaints and problems that have arisen from this. One of the biggest problems we have had is other companies contacting our clients and lying about either their affiliation with us, or about our business practices. The battle to get these companies to cease and desist has been ongoing, taking away from our ability to assist our clients as effectively as we’d like. As you will see with the attachments, many of our clients have retracted their complaints. We are working to resolve all of our complaints and would like to encourage each of our clients to contact us directly so we can make things right.
    Emerchant Middleman is a legitimate business not out to scam their clients. Each client was sold business leads for them to work. All of the services itemized below are services we offer at no additional cost.
    TRAINING: Emerchant Middleman offers classes teaching business development, marketing, and details on merchant services 3 days a week.
    LLC: Emerchant Middleman assists in filing for the LLC and in securing the EIN number.
    VOICE BROADCAST: Emerchant Middleman does calling campaigns for the business leads that were purchased.
    BUSINESS LINE OF CREDIT ASSISTANCE: Emerchant Middleman assists in helping businesses establish lines of credit, or small loans if available.
    CREDIT HARDSHIP PROGRAMS: If lines of credit, or loans are unavailable to the business, Emerchant Middleman helps the business owner place their cards in hardship programs for their credit card debt which can get them interest rates as low as 0%.
    We have proof of fulfillment for each of our clients, from signed invoices, to tracking slips, to call logs. We could easily respond to each complaint with this information. W

  • Emerchant Middleman does conduct telemarketing calls, correct? Emerchant Middleman is to put a $100,000 bond with the AZ State Treasurer and has not, therefore violating the AZ State Telephone Solicitation Statute. I hope you are giving your clients refunds and not making them hang on until they cannot get their money back. That's my concern. I hope you do right. You know what they say about Karma.

  • We are bonded with the State of Arizona, and we renewed that bond this year. We have many happy clients. The clients looking for refunds are being contacted by other companies falsely representing our company, who received their information fraudulently. You know what they say about karma, right?!

  • I help these people, so, yes, I do know about Karma and it has been very good to me. The credit card merchant scam is the biggest scam in AZ. The first call is the website for a few hundred and that's usually a cookie cutter that's used for every customer, but then comes the marketing b/c the website cannot generate on it's own right? They need leads (which are non functional or just lies), email or phone blasts, SEO, etc... AM I CLOSE?? Brian McKee is not just associated with EMM but with other companies that have done the same thing. Is the new company going to be No bond emm.   • I believe we help these people as well. We offer classes 3 days a week to teach them how to market their business, and obtain merchant services leads. We do individual training classes to help with any unique, situation our clients run into while contacting business owners. We are not opening a new company. Emerchant Middleman is doing fine. We have stopped sales to focus on the clients we have currently because our service has not been what we want it to be. We can afford to do this because we are still setting up businesses with merchant services. We're still offering training. We're still offering LLC assistance. We still have our credit programs. We are still a thriving company looking to assist our clients. I understand that many companies use this model to take advantage of people, but we have a merchant services staff that relies on the leads that our clients provide. Would we really be making efforts to contact all of our clients and clear up our name online if we were shutting down?

  • Thank you and I appreciate that. We've been working very hard to cultivate a different environment here, and I'm looking forward to the continuing growth of Emerchant Middleman. Hopefully in the near future you will be seeing positive reports from clients, not just staff.
