My husband & I took out a loan from Security Finance located in Saluda, SC. We have recently moved from SC to CA. They have called to credit consume numerous of times when I have already set up a promise date with them and explained our situation. Upon credit consuming, an employee named Roxanne told one of our references how much the loan was taken out for, which is against company policy. I am very upset about this as it was very personal information. I know this because the person who was told is my mother whom we do not inform of our financial status. Also, after taking this action they have been very rude over the phone with me when trying to set up a payment date with them.
