I too fell prey to this fraudulent and supposed web merchant - mainly because after 7 years of using Paypal as a form of payment, I have never had any problems. Yes, the website did look sketchy and I should have vetted it out, but I was suckered in by the low-low prices that they claimed and because of ease of making the purchase. Also, Paypal listed them as a verified merchant, and that was confidence enough for me to hit 'send' thru their system. Bad choice.
Bottom line is: Stay away from AAShoesBaba.com. My order has not been changed to 'pending status' for over 2 weeks now even though the payment went through immediately and they have never returned any of my emails through their website. I have made a claim with Paypal, but we'll see if they abide by what they say and offer a refund from this "Verified non-US Merchant"
