My husband and I have the same story as the others. We were contacted by Tony Erickson in June, asking if he could sell our timeshare. We were told he had a buyer and asked to pay an upfront fee of $683.00 minus the cost for shipping the paperwork. At first we hesitated, but Tony kept reassuring us this was a done deal. We did some research and unfortunately didn't find any complaints until after the fact. We are also willing to join in with others to take legal action if any of these people can be found. So sad that people would get our hopes up and then steal from us.

  • Hi....I too was scammed by these people and now I can't sleep at night worrying about my financial situation. I urge you to send a letter to Dateline NBC, one of the other complainants has done so and I did as well today. I think the more media coverage we can get on this the better.... we have nothing else to lose right??? Please write to [email protected]... attention: Chris Hanson Wishing a bit of luck for us all!!!
