International boundaries
In an attempt to boost my face book like, I payed an organization for 500 likes. I was unaware of the scam and was tricked into paying for likes I never received. I contacted them and they would tell me there's a tech prob and we'll have your likes sent to within the next 2-3 days. This went on for a week or so and I never got any results. Makes me wonder how many other people have been tricked into buying these fake products.
