I WAS CHARGED $16.99 FROM MY CHECKING WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZED. I am not the only person as there are several complaints about this company taking money out of your bank accout without authorization. I reported it to my bank and tried to call the 800-613-8140 but the line is always busy. Please research this company and call authories!
