Purchased 024 essential pain relieving oil and towelettes. Parcel dated 6/19/2012. My bank statement shows that on the 7/5/2012 that being the 5th July, £79.99 was taken from my account. This must surely be unlawful. The treatment, no had effect whatsoever, and the smell was overpowering. I have damaged ligaments and tendons on my ankle. I could only use the items because I was housebound and live alone.
If I had to go out I could not use tthe product because of the strong smell.
