On 5th July 2012 I ordered online the free trial of dead sea kit (3 sample size tubs)and paid £3.95. On checking my bank statement discovered that the company had deducted £57.95 on 20th July 2012 without my authorisation.
Made a complaint to the company and received an email back explaining that it is ONLY A FREE TRIAL IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS. This was DEFINITELY NOT stipulated when I ordered the free trial. Like many others I have been at the hands of a scam.
I have contacted my banking disputes team so that no more money is deducted from this company.
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
