i had been driving faithfully for this company with cross country deliveries for about 4 mos. i continually had problems collecting my benefits. the problem lies where when they pay me my earnings, they go broke and then being stranded in another state was forced to spend my earnings or stay stranded with a broke down trailer. still havent been fully reimberised for that. then driving a truck without a sleeper state law requires a hotel reciept for every working day. they failed to comply with that also resulting in a ticket from dotd in my name.at this time i havent driven for them in over a week so that i wouldnt continue to be in a bind with them.i am still trying to collect my pay and i am still getting no where.
