I just received a pkg today in the mail from Wellness Partners 2122 S. 950 E. Provo, Utah 84606-6163. Inside the pkg was a bottle of Colo-Klenz. No papers, just a bottle. I called Wellness Partners, 323-774-1533, and spoke with Matt. I told him I would prefer to speak with his supervisor or someone else because I had received the Colo-Klenz in the mail and I didn't order it. I told him I had been charged $99.99 and I wanted them to refund my money. He said he could refund my money, got my information, and said I would receive a check in 10 days. I asked how he got my account number since I had never ordered anything from that company. He said I must have ordered something on the internet. SAY WHAT????? I told him about all the other complaints about this company and how his name was in all of them and that I was recording the conversation. He seemed unimpressed. I also had ordered from HCGExtreme exactly one year ago, but cancelled that order and they returned my money.
