Tickets purchased in April 2011, the money left my account soon after. I would like to throttle some complete and utter Bastard for doing this to me. This was such an important gift from me to a loved one - you cannot imagine the disappointment. Not to mention getting relatives to stay at home to receive these tickets from a courier also paid for over the last 2 weeks. I wish the person responsible severe disappointment and heartache in the future to understand how your victims feels
