I ordered a pair of sandals sold out in my size in my country, the Netherlands. Paid through PayPal, saw a Chinese name listed in the transaction details, and got a tiny bit worried, at first. Received a confirmation email, so didn't think much about it at first. But after almost 3 weeks of no updates through email, I started wondering. Tried to contact the company through the web form first, no response. Tried the email address of the confirmation, non-existent, my email bounced. Then tried the other 2 email addresses listed in the PayPal transaction, again, no reply. Searching for any other way of contacting them on the internet I found this site, with already 2 similar stories. Then I got upset, filed for a complaint with PayPal, but as it's an international order, policy is to wait. Unsure if I'll ever get my money back I would like to call upon everybody who's been scammed in the past or present by this company to join hands together (exhange information, if necessary) in order to have our complaints taken seriously with PayPal, Visa, etc., so to get our money back. In these times of financial crisis saving for a pair of shoes, looking forward to it, and then being scammed and receive a shower cap instead should not be taken lightly. I've been scammed (first with concert tickets) this year two (!) times now, and really, it hurts. Please feel free to contact me about this scam
Update: 08/21/2012
After a lot of stress, many emails and 2 telephone conversations with PayPal, my case was finally resolved last week. I received my refund.

- Today I tried to delete my account on the company's website, but they don't let me! Still haven't received the shower cap, so I thought: maybe it's not too late to delete my name and address. "Account can't be deleted". And "Primary address can't be deleted". So my order is still visible, too, with my name. Bummer. Of course I have made screen captures of every page, before. I read that other people deleted their accounts immediately after the knew they got scammed, but with hoes365 it isn't possible. Anyone else who tried? Alex
