Nividaweb is India base Webdesign and Internet Marketing Company connected with U.S.A. base company - Newtek (www.thenewtek.com). Both companies are cheated with lot of employees. They commit to employers to give increment - insensitive and all but they never full-fil. They took 25% of salary as a security Deposit each month and never return to employee. Before 6 months they restigate the employee from the company and never return the 25% security deposit.
They all are fake.
