On the 6/19/12 I ordered a trial size of Pura silk & Alluria skin cream & lotion at a cost of £3,94 each, didn`t receive anything, then 2 wks later received a pot of 50ml Pura silk & 30ml of Alluria, which cost £74.95 each. At the time I tried a little Alluria on my face, which came up in lumps, so I phoned America & spoke to a supervisor, to say I wanted to send the products back for my money. He said the 14 day trial had expired & I said I had never received the trial products, but that £157.00 had been taken from my bank account. I cannot get it back as it had already been taken. I find this extremely bad business ethics & really it`s a scam to have been charged all this money, part of which I have never received. I live in England.
