i purchase a car from united auto.on 6/23/12 2004 bwm 745i as-is,but i also pruchase a 2-year warranty from the penn warranty corp.thought united pay $1.995.for it,befor i left the office i ask the manager about putting gas in car so he send some of his employee to get gas,so one mile down road i check me gas and the car say i had 18 miles to go,so i call back and told to saleman that sold me the car,and he sayed he put gas in and will take care or it.so i take me car to the dearlship and i found out the need more repairs,DMTI PUMP,R.FUSE SENSON,AIR BUG LIGHT ON,TRANS.OIL LEAK,WIPER BAD,ROCKER PANAL CHIP,WINDOW SUNSHEDS BAD R/L SO I CALL United atuo.abput my warranty so they told me to call the company so i say on the first time i talk to some one but after getting the run arund i did call and the warranty company told that united auto. did not send in all the money for the warranty and they thank united sure have mare the repairs before they sold the car,united saying the warranty company saying i sure have not took my car to bmw,so i told thim they can not tell me where to take my car,so this been going no for weeks so my car was in shop for 2.5 weeks so i told the dearler to fix the major repairs and i pay for it i paided$1.292.19 so i call united and told thim and they said that they will pay some of it and send me the money i pay for the on money this weeks so far i have not got it ,i fell i sure not have to pay to get this car fix because i paided for a warranty,please need your x-vise.thanks
