I was never able to get access to the system so I never could even start. I was bomb-barded with e-mails to get to a certain place before they could help me any further. About 6 months later I asked for a refund. I was told orginally that it was 100% satisfaction guaranteed or my money back, but when I asked for the refund, I was told I would have to wait until a full year had past to receive all of my money back or take a pro-rated amount then, so I decided to wait the year to get all my money back. I had miss placed my info from them after that and now am packing to move and found all the info. I tried calling them and the number has been disconnected. I looked on the internet for the company and see that it was a scam the whole time. I think I should received all that I paid along with the shipping and handling since they were lying to me and scamming me all along. The date above was the date the funds were taken from my banking account.
