On 7th of July, I sent via Western Union 389.50 to Danwen Liu pursuant to a series of e-mails received concerning purchase of Ipad3 as gift for my mother. I was sent via an e-mail and invoice with number: INVOICE NUMBER:93956205000805 and instructed to make payment via Western Union

Given cost I sent via Western Union (WU). I confirmed from WU funds were picked up by party: MTN 446-030-3610 on 10th of July. I called company 11th of July to confirm all information ( +86.5928053777). There was no answer. I subsequently sent several e-mails (all on record). No response. I called WU who were not too helpful - but said I was a victim of fraud. They could do nothing since funds were picked up.

I continued to try to contact party who received funds to no avail. I even had a contact in China attempt to call thinking maybe, party saw my number on call display and would not answer. Same result.

I have an e-mail tracking system which yields a report to confirm e-mail open and where. Here are details:

I would appreciate your help in recovering my funds. I am also doing this because I do not want this person scamming anyone else. It is wrong! I debated about taking action also, because my mother's address is on the invoice and I don't know what these people might do.
