I am also a victim of their SCAM. I initially received a call from a "Robert Harrison" sometime in the end of April asking if I were interested in selling my timeshare property. A few phone calls back and forth negotiating a selling price, everything sounded great. He then told me I could either retain a layer to handle the processing of the paperwork, or I could obtain their services for a nominal fee. At that time, I was also contacted by another company willing to sell my timeshare but for a much larger sum, so I chose to go with TriCorp. As you already know, BIG MISTAKE!!!

After a month or so, I started to get impatient with the "were still waiting on a document excuses". At that time, it seemed "Robert Harrison" dropped off the face of the earth, and I started dealing with a "Phil Cooper". Other than one conversation with "Phil" in which he was very rude to me, "Phil" was very consistent with returning my calls, but now there were problems with the title agency. The last time I spoke with "Phil" was on Friday 7-20-2012 when he left me a voicemail saying that they were switching title companies and he would get back to me some time this week. Surprise surprise, i try and contact him today 7-25-12 and their phone is disconnected, emails come back undeliverable and their website is down.

So far, I have filed a fraud complaint with my local Police department, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General is next. I doubt these actions will get me anywhere, but this has to go on record!!!!
