I ordered youthology in 11/28. They advertise a money back guarantee. When I received the product it was WORTHLESS,so I returned the product and expected a refund as advertised. Then I received another box on my door step and I write REFUSED on box and returned. Next thing I know I have four charges on my credit card totaling $179.94. I called them and explained my situation. The rep said that although I had returned the product unopened, that they could not resell so I still had to pay for the product. They refused to refund a penny to me. These people are total scammers. The epitomy of fraudulent business practices.
