My husband had forgotten his password so he called up AOL for help. What he got was being referred to..Orange E Services. This company is suppose to keep up your computer online. Even though my husband never did get his password...we ended up buying a package for two computers for 2 years totaling $500.
Soon after...we received repeated calls from representatives stating they were from Orange E Services claiming our computers were ready to ..crash or that our financial information was being compromised. We told them that NO..we had already paid way too much money already. This continued on..and on. Till one day a rep. from Orange E Services called and said they were willing to refund our money due to all the harassment we received. All we had to do was send $250 dollars....which unfortunately we did...to India.
We never did get our $500 back.
We have contacted AOL and they actually laughed on the phone when we said we felt that AOL is responsible for this situation because someone referred us to the company..
Orange E Services.
We will quit AOL in two days. Never again and never again will I trust.
