I was contacted by Tony Erickson and was told he had a supposed buyer for my timeshare. I told him I thought it was a scam and hung up. He called me right back and assured me it was anything but a scam and gave me the buyers name Mr Nelson and I called him and he of course played right along and talked about his wife and kids. So I went ahead and signed the contract and sent them a check. After being told several times that my closing package was on the way I began calling and emailing them with no response. So I sent a very strongly worded email and did finally get an email that my package would be over nighted and he was very sorry he had been on vacation. When the package still didn't arrive I began trying to call again. All lines office and cell are disconnected. The website is no longer valid and the very kind Mr. Nelson's phone is also disconnected. I took it a step further and contacted the Attorneys office that was listed in the same building and they have never heard of him or Tricorp Property Solutions.
