I ordered a hot air balloon ride in August of 2011. The company charged my CC $488.40 for the ride. They told me that if the ride was canceled because of bad weather, the certificate would be good for 2 years. I booked the ride twice, and both times it was canceled. I tried to book it again on July 13, 2012. The woman who answered the phone said that she would call be back with a date. After three days, I called again. Now I only get a voicemail. I called the pilot of the balloon, and they informed me that they have not been paid by the company, and no longer take reservations from the company.

I'm out nearly $500.
