I placed an order for the Sony BRAVIA KDL46NX720 LED HDTV on bytems.com on June 26, 2012. After finding this deal, I sat on it for a week, hoping some good reviews would materialize on the web. Unfortunately, I was not patient enough because I got duped! I placed the order and followed checkout instructions that led me to log into my Amazon account and complete a gift card to be submitted as payment. I was highly suspicious of this process since sending a loaded gift card seemed a bit absurd. However, I was so caught up in the deal that I did not listen to my better judgement and ignored the little red flags that screamed SCAM! Communication was very professional and responses were swift, which further sucked me into their scheme as a legit company. Order status emails notified me of a scheduled delivery of July 9-10, 2012. Needless to say, my order never arrived. I contacted bytems.com customer service for an update and order tracking number only to discover that the website conveniently disappeared within a few hours of my inquiry. I want my money back!!!!
