Your AT&T driver was parked on 111 Cobblestone, San Antonio, @ 5:30 PM. I asked politely if he would turn off the engine because of carbon emmisions. He wheeled up his window and continued to idle. Once again, I appealed and explained the problem on emissions and global warming. His arrogant reply: "Global warming is a myth." I walked away.
Tell Human Resources they are in dire need of sensitivity training.
