My name is Jennifer West and I have/had a hotmail account (Personal Information Removed) and Saturday I received an email from a Patrick posing from Hotmail looked very legit from Microsoft Word stating I had a Trojan in my files and they were going to have to close my account if I didn't give them my information and they were the Trojan and now I can't get into my email and they are sending emails to all my contacts with my email address for money using my name Jennifer West. One of the emails went to my friend Ann her email is (Personal Information Removed). Asking her for money.
