I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture, Nanuet, NY. I originally wanted a more expensive set but settled on the less expensive set. I also decided not to purchase the more expensive Ashley Tempo Pedic mattress as the cost was just to much. I was assured the mattress that was on the floor model would be the one sent with the bed. It's wasn't the really nice Tempo Pedic but it was ok. It was a Queen Limari. What we received "shipped"to us was a joke. The mattress was only 4-1/2 thick, clearly not what was on the model. The box spring is of such poor quality it sags in the middle and makes the poor quality mattress look like someone is still in the bed on the right side.

This furniture is of such poor quality they should be ashamed to put their name on it. I would expect this quality workmanship from a 99 cent and up store. Every piece of furniture has a blemish, ding, missing veneer, chip. Screws are used to secure the foot board and the screws are plainly screwed into what appears to be particle board without any form of washer leaving one to know that within a certain amount of use the screws will strip through the board. The veneer is off in many an area exposing the wood, if in fact it is wood and not press board.

This furniture is UNACCEPTABLE. We purchased this furniture because our old set (10+) years old, just wore out. We expect the furniture that replaced it to measure up, not measure down. We paid $2,000.00 for this inferior quality furniture and were duped. We want them to come and take the furniture back and give us our money back.
