I ordered the complete set of Happy Days in June. I received a notice that the dvds had been shipped. They finally arrived, almost a month after they were supposedly shipped. However, they would not play on any of our 3 (three) dvd players. TV Ruby responded to an email suggesting I try them on a computer. They do play on the computer, but the picture is very poor, and the sound is even worse. AND to top it all off, there is the TV LAND logo on the bottom of the pictures.

Then I found out that only the first four seasons of Happy Days have been released. That to me says that these dvds are pirated.

When I notified TV Ruby that I am going to notify my credit card company that the product is inferior, etc. The company threatened me that they will put a black mark on my credit. I thought that was too funny! Like a charge of $89 will damage my credit.

The company refuses to pay for me to return the inferior dvds, saying that when I return them, IF they find the dvds are not working, they will then refund the return shipping charges. I do not believe that is true.
