Complaint 137830 Details

I received a letter from Network Global Logistics
stating I won $50,000 that would be
delivered later. Enclosed was a check
for $2,950 part of the prize to offset the
statuary non-British resident tax payment.
I was advised to contact my claims representative
at 1-866-815-5759. When I called, a man
answered , "Hello." Since it wasn't a
business greeting, I assumed it was a scam.
I continued to listen. The man then said a business
name, but I hung up and looked for signs
of scam or legitimacy on the Internet.

The letter also states I am a winner in the
"UK & North American Customer Reward
Promotion Draw" organized for all customers
of Walmart, Sears, Home Depot, Safeway,
and ASDA for the second quarter of year 2012.
